Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming the Boutique clientele and identifying their needs
- Supporting the execution of promotions and special events
- Providing outstanding customer service as well as solutions to each customer in keeping with the operational set-up
- Achieving personal and common sales and service-level targets
- Ensuring that the Boutique is clean and orderly (properly presented and equipped)
- Contributing to the management of inventories, stocks and cash
- Participating in regular team briefings, meetings and on-the-job coaching sessions led by the Boutique manager
- Initiating Club members to the art of coffee tasting and developing their curiosity about the full range of products
- Advising both prospects and Club members on company products and services
- Registering new Boutique customers, opening their account, presenting the Boutique and Club services, and assisting them in their selection during their initial purchase
- Maximizing product sales presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines and accessories).
- Managing the database on a daily basis and permanently updating customer records
- Carrying out initial analysis of machine breakdowns reported by customers to orient them as effectively as possible towards after-sales service
- Checking payments in accordance with defined procedures
- Entering payments made by credit cards and cash, checking the correspondence of sums received with orders and sending all to the accounting department
- Managing the cash till; update the status in Excel and correct cash till errors.
- Filling display cubicles with capsules, machines and accessories on a daily basis
- Constant updating of one’s knowledge/competencies on coffee and the company’s System
Successful Candidates:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, or High School with experience would also be considered
- 2 years of Retail experience in the service industry
- Knowledge of coffee, from the source to the in-cup would be an asset

Pay rate: $13 per hour

Successful Candidates require:
- Steel toe boots/shoes
- Over six month of previous warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and to be on one’s feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- 2 pieces of government ID, including at least (1) photo ID
- Clear criminal background is a must
Pay rate: $10.66 per hour ($10.25 + 4% vacation)
